Solution for CO₂ emissions loss analysis and diagnosis

Production-related and energy information is collected from factory equipment (such as production machines) using programmable controllers and GENESIS64. This data is analyzed by the EcoAdviser's AI function to perform automatic analysis and factor diagnosis.The EcoAdviser's AI function can import data files from GENESIS64 or EcoWebServerIII.

The analysis identifies inefficiencies, such as starting equipment too early or equipment with poor energy consumption. Based on these findings, improvement activities are carried out on the shop floor. For example, procedures may be changed so that the press is only turned on right before production begins, or power may be turned off during idle periods. These measures aim to reduce energy waste and lower CO₂ emissions.
